DESCRIPTION: The best got even better in 2018. Vegan Pad Thai has been our best-selling entrée for many, many years now. We wouldn’t mess with high-protein, gourmet perfection but now you can “spice it up” a little more with additional lime & Sriracha Sauce. If you like Backpacker’s Pantry Vegetarian Pad Thai just the way it is, save the lime & sriracha packets for another day or to add some flavor to another camping food brand’s boring Pad Thai. Rice noodles are made just for us in Thailand. Back home in the USA, we blend authentic spices, herbs, vegetables, garlic and peanut butter together for the most popular of our international dishes. A REI best seller for many years. With 18 grams of protein per serving coming from Organic non-GMO Textured Soy Protein, Pad Thai is nutritious and delicious. Extra roasted peanuts are included for crunch and pizzaz. Travelers, athletes, hunters & students love this vegetarian meal. Dairy-free, Gluten-free and Vegan.
