Return & Exchange Policy

Our first goal is to sell you a product that you won’t need or want to return. However, in the event that you need or want to bring your product back, we will provide a return or exchange with the following caveats: 


In-store Purchases
Bring your item(s) into the store with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in the original packaging. We will need to ensure that all items are unused and undamaged. If your product is defective in some way, let us know at the time of return. 


Refunds

  • We offer refunds to the original payment method + a 10% restocking fee
Exchanges
  • Exchanges will be made for the value of the original item(s) purchased at the time of your return


Online returns + exchanges
We encourage you to be very confident in your online purchase as we are unable to accept returns for online orders at this time. If your product arrives to you in damaged or defective condition out of the box, please contact us at the store and we will review the situation on a case by case basis.
