Description Garlic & Herb Beer Bread- Just add a beer or soda, mix and bake! GARLIC & HERB BEER BREAD: Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan. Pour bread mix into a bowl. Add one 12 ounce beer or white soda to bowl. Stir for 20-30 seconds. DO NOT over mix, batter will be lumpy. Pour batter into greased pan. Pour 3 Tablespoons of melted butter on top if desired. Bake 50-55 minutes until loaf is golden brown or toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely, and serve. GARLIC CHEDDAR BISCUITS: Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Garlic & Herb Beer Bread Mix, 1-2 Tbsp. Glorious Garlic, ½ cup (1 stick) softened butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and stir until dough forms. Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush tops of hot biscuits with 2-3 Tbsp. melted butter. Serve warm. ​HUSH PUPPIES: Preheat fryer to 350. Pour bread mix into a bowl.
